04/2012- MTS welcomes Megan Brewer, MT-BC to the staff. Megan has degrees in theater and music therapy. She completed her internship hours at both Bethany Lutheran Village in Dayton and here at Music Therapy Services broadening her experience working with children and older adults. Megan brings a vibrant personality and excellent musical skills to our group. She is accepting new clients with appointments available Tuesday-Friday. Mimi, director of Music Therapy Services, will be among a panel of professionals leading a pre-conference institute entitled Essential Business Tools for Building a Successful Music Therapy Practice. Yumi, staff music therapist at Music Therapy Services, will provide an Overview of Hospice Music Therapy practice for the professional music therapists attending the conference from all over the U.S. and abroad.
